Calcibon®

Substitut osseux appartenant à la famille des ciments phos-phocalciques (GESTO 2004). En mélangeant une poudre de sels de calcium et un liquide, on obtient une pâte qui durcit une fois implantée dans l'os.

  • Atteint sa résistance mécanique maximum en 72 heures (+ de 60 Mpa)
  • Pas de réaction exothermique
  • Produit de synthèse
  • Progressivement remplacé par de l'os néoformé

Indications

Pertes de substances osseuses lors des fractures (vertèbres, radius, calcanéum, plateau tibial...).

Disponible en 5g et 20g.
